Return Policy
If you're looking to return or exchange your purchase for whatever reason, we're here to help! You may return your item within 7 days of delivery. You can return your product for store credit or exchange only. Please note the following exceptions to the return policy:
- Discounted Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Will not accept returns on bras, bralettes, lingerie, or shoes
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no signs or wear or use, including deodorant, makeup, and strong smells such as perfume or smoke
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email and request which products you would like to return, and if you're wishing to do store credit or an exchange
- Send all items back to use in un-worn condition
- Once we receive the return, we will be in touch with the exchange or store credit
*Please note, the buyer will be responsible with any costs associated in returning any unwanted items
